4.Choose PDF or Fillable PDF format from the Save as dropdown list and decide where to save your document - on your desktop or to a cloud storage service. Click Advanced for extra file-saving settings.

5.Unselect unnecessary pages in the Preview on the right to quickly delete them. To protect your document from unauthorized access, set up a secure password. Click Save as to preserve the changes.

It's very easy to upload documents and complete the forms. We use it for all of our documents.
I sometimes have trouble with my signature loading. My printed signature always loads but my written one does not always load. I'm not sure what causes the signature failure but it is sometimes a problem.

I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had.
